Kathy Crockett

Executive Director

Kathy Crockett has worked in the field of serving people with intellectual disabilities since 1972, over 50 years of experience. Kathy has her bachelor’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas, with an emphasis on sign language and behavior management. Kathy has applied her degree to services in PFNoK.

Leah O’Brien

Assistant Director

Leah has her BSW in Social Work, graduating from the University of Kansas in 2015. Leah has been with PFNoK for thirteen years. Leah has provided Targeted Case Management in this field for 5 years. She brings experience, knowledge and commitment to PFNoK.

Nichole Readore

Lead Residential Supervisor and Assistant Medical Liaison

Nichole has been with PFNoK for five years. She brings to PFNoK professionalism, management experience, and a commitment to grow with PFNoK.
